trying to play around with a few ideas, ive seen the freak barrels but im hoping to find a barrel non reliant on inserts. equally looking for an intact breech stl.

I looked over it with and did a cross section and dont believe it to require any inserts.
Im tied up for a but but the next step is gonna be extrapolating the inverse of the threads.
I book marked the site, i mustve lost the link at some point.

I ran a print and toyed around with trying to pull the thread info.I wasnt able to get the current info so ive been learning how to model them. its been a challenging and fun experience so far

Just last week I was looking for a way to copy threads and get the female pattern from the male.
It didn't end up going so easily, i was under the impression that i needed a special plugin for OS to create them in studio.
Not the case at all.
the male was trial and error, the female was spot on first shot.Comment
