CCI Phantom OTB pump handle STLs

Hey guys I just modeled some standard over the barrel CCI Phantom pump handles. I no longer have a phantom to fit test them. I am working on some custom designs that will match some common anno patterns on phantoms but I want to make sure the measurements are right before I get too far. I tried to make them as close to OEM as possible without actually having the part in my hand.

Printing one now on a Bambu P1S in PLA gold sparkle. It seems like a lot of supports for what it is. Might just be the file transfer. I bet you could make it more efficient on plastic.

Tolerance looks good they fit various phantom barrels from Stock to Dye. The carbon fiber Phantom barrels have a lil more slop but so dose the stock handles. They look great prints smooth and what I thought was waste actually isn’t. Nice job 👍🏻

Hell yeah! I love to hear that! I tend to use a bit of extra supports but I don't like when the printer gets sloppy haha. I'll post a sneak-peek of what I have been working on today

Those are fun! I need to order some filament and fill up the AMS. You should do feed gates and feed blocks so you can match them.
