Printing a Sterling Pump handle?

How would one go about printing a pump handle for a Sterling STP?

I just want a standard handle, but with a barrel hole wide enough to fit a spyder threaded freak back. Not sure how I'd measure that up.

Looks like a pretty simple handle design. I don't have one myself, so I'd have a hard time making it withough having something to measure.

I'd start by sketching out and measuring what the back of the handle looks like - the holes and the profile. Then just some pretty basic extrusions in your favorite CAD program to make a solid object.

What style of Freak back? I recall that the Freak backs with the puffy stickers stuck in my old Sterling handle, but the stickerless backs fit fine.

I have a spyder threaded freak back on my sterling and it fits fine.

I have a factory pump handle that was cut and opened up before I got it
It should end where your freak tip starts

My freak back looks different than that. Mine says FREAK around the barrel. Won't fit in past the threded collar bit

That was an STP you had it on right? I don't think the bronze is any different, but just want to make sure.
