Cloning a WGP cam adjuster

I have a WGP Cocker hinge frame with a great trigger pull, albeit on the long side. Anyone with a WGP cam adjuster able to clone one, either out of metal, 3D printed, etc...?

It was an off set hex. Nothing that difficult to clone off a safty
