Did some more work on my custom mongrel pump build... finished off the barrel, mounted the feedneck block, cut the feedhole.

Still need to drill/tap for a detent, create a barrel retaining setup of some kind, and verify operation. I'm hoping to have it completed for a pump day in two weeks... I should have most of the parts I need next weekend and the rest will show up from PPS eventually.

made this for a shop. Still need to install the locking pins but it’s an adjustable gas through 12gram plug for testing a TIPX (not meant to be used during play)… spring loaded to ensure contact with the face seal and account for product tolerances (injection molded plastic isn’t particularly consistent).

Nice! I had to do the same a few years ago, I have a reeeeeally old Homelite mower and couldn't find any carb or intake gaskets.

Well everything I did paintball related was more modifying than making, but I did make some gaskets for my lawn mower carb, the old school way.

I figured I'd go for as light as possible.... it'll give me a break from all the brass stuff once in a while.

I need to re-spring the Stab for LP operation yet but I think I'm going to run it like this.

Bored out a Milsig breech to so end user could use larger diameter barrels (like the nemesis), also faced off the end and chamfered so it isn’t sharp

Amazon 19mm ID 22mm OD cf tube, turned down carmatech nemesis epoxied inside, and made an aluminum back for it all to slip in nicely.. the back isn’t glued into place yet, need to get it anodized first. I made three more backs for more CF sleeved barrels.

That's what I have on hand right now, go a hold of some good casting aluminum so that might be next.
The texture is rough, but got a charm 😁
The core plug I use for the hole seared off and moved a bit, I need to use a different sand for the cores ... Say tuned 😜

Copper is almost Impossible to cast, if it was brass you would have had it!

I started assembling another Mag-Ion hybrid. I need to make some detent covers and mount them, fill the eye holes in, and paint the breech - but it shoots.

Got some cosmetic mods planned for the rail.
