alternative lighting for drill press.

not directly paintball related but I do use my drill press for miscellaneous projects, I have been wanting a better light for my drill press for quite some time. outside of a goosneck machine light ive never seen anything else and I don't want the single point origin for for lighting at a drill press. I ended up picking up a camera mount for $18 off AMZ, and a camera/streaming ring light. the light worked out great to supply light around the full chuck eliminating shadows and getting me setup a little quicker.

just thought id share this cheap solution to an annoying problem.

anybody have a solution for a Z readout?

Z axis, I see people rigging caliper mounts on the stop. I don't have a good example handy.
