Anyone try drilling for the ball style detents in the front area of a Tippmann 98? I was thinking of having mine drilled right in front of the logo on the left side as I'm running a vertical feed on it atm.

I've seen people do it before, so it's possible. They may have used angel detents but the idea would be the same. Definitely post up if you go that route, I'd love to see -
Yeah no reason that wouldn't work as long as you make sure the bearing sits in the right position. You can slap a cocker detent on just about anything with decent results💀 PK x Ragnastock 💀Comment

My only concern would be the body being able to hold the threads. Cast aluminum and fine threads don't often mix well that's one reason why the barrel threads are huge. It might be worth trying on a spare body first to see how it goes
Also remember that the tippmann breaches are massive so the centerline of the beach is likely slightly above the centerline of the paint
