Reflex0283's Maniacal Machinations That May Be Colloquially Known as a POP2026 Build

Super excited to work on my POP2026 build, been making a small amount of progress over the past week or so.
I've got a bin of everything I got soaking right now, the dawn + hot water method seems to work well for everyone else so that's what I'm going with

Wider perspective now, I'm planning on making some sort of rifle build. One of the first hurdles I need to cross is figuring out how I want to make it fire when the trigger is pulled, then using a separate mechanism (either bolt action or a lever) to reset the whole thing. One thought is to use autococker 3-way, or I could try to modify the original valve somehow. I'm sure I'll get something figured out

Ooo rifle sounds hella cool. There is a thread going on the use of other valves too.

I saw that, however none of them seem to be too useful for me, and I'm stingy enough that I wouldn't be surprised if I come out only using half of the budget. I've got a bunch of old autococker 3 ways which would be exactly what I need (if it works for the enmey).

Finally getting around to this again, I grabbed this airsoft AWP stock for $5 at my local store, and I had this 20" smart parts barrel laying around. Not sure what a fair price would be for it, call it $1 per inch? Since it's spyder threaded I also bought a shocktech thread adapter for $18, bringing my current total up to $43

Definitely going to be taking notes from JeeperCreeper's Ion Long Rifle project for this one, though I plan on keeping the stock trigger valve since I'm on a budget here
