Yeppers. Pricey though considering it's basically a VL Orion w/a metal back cap. Had an Orion I couldn't sell for the price of shipping. Finally gave it away earlier this summer. Not many people actively search for VL markers. Springs aren't even compatible with Spyders/Piranhas. They do make for great modding fodder though.
Dunno what that barrel is though.
