I feel like I've see that gun before ... Or was it a semi concert Kingman pump? ...

I remember that gun, and being very sad I missed out on its sale.

I'm not going to bid on it today, because life and all that, but I'm going to want to know who wins it, and at a minimum see some more photos. It's very cool.

Out of curiosity, what is the approximate going rate for an unmolested Hammer II in working condition?

Yeah, haven't seen one in a good while. I'd probably be tempted at ~400 for one in good condition.

Thank you for the input, gentlemen. I had no idea. I got one as a bonus when I bought a gun several years ago, so apparently it was quite the windfall.

more than a sterling of comparable condition which would arguably be a far better gun.

There is an ASA plug with two airline holes at the rear. Air comes into one and the LPR is fitted in the other. A three way is mounted to the side of the marker. The original pump handle, rod, and spring have been removed and the ram is fitted in place of that. The ram now controls the cocking action directly. The pump handle has a rod connected to the three way. The three way is switched on the back pump stroke, activating the ram and "cocking" the marker. When the pump is moved forward, the three way switches and the ram returns to resting position.

The Hammer II mimics the Sterling in operation. This one obviously is custom. The pump handle's function is the same as the trigger on an Autococker. And my next step with this one is to do just that, switch the three way with the trigger pull, removing the pump.

Here's a pic of this one next to my other one, which is stock. It may help you see how it was converted.
