I never understood the "obsession" over Dye sticky grips to begin with other then "I'm cool because everyone else says these are great" mindset.

20 years ago when you could buy them for around the same price as Hogue's (or slightly more, my memory is fuzzy), they were a nice alternative, but nothing special. Now it's just so I can be OG Agggg yo.

I like how they fit some trigger frames

But they wear out fast so they suck 0/10

That’s an open box, they peeled the protective dye security sicker off. Clearly not new anymore. That drops the value to $24.99 shipped

Those aren’t as rubbery as the Gen 2 they are more like Houge grips. Those dye stickers have a tendency to lift off with time tho. I have a set on my mag build in black with the gold stickers. Had to stretch them a bit to get em around my Nummech frame. But they seem to fit the build nice.

The clear ones do yellow with use. It’s rare to find them in that condition but that price is nuts.

The Gen 2 are super comfortable but paint gets in them and eats them up. Got to keep them clean and oil free. I have a red pair that’s never been used. I been waiting for the right something to put them on.

There was some pb shop in AZ with an online storefront that had a TON of these same nib clear .45 stickies at $5 apiece about 5 years ago. I bought a bunch, but sold them off over the years. Sold them cuz I like the panels better.

Well, I guess I can finally retire now.
