Looking at his other stuff, I wanted to say he's a rummage reseller- the kind of guy that buys at garage and rummage sales, then resells on eBay. But he's only got a relatively small handful of stuff- and widely varying- and a piss-poor feedback. (Any negative feedback gets a cut-and-paste accusing the buyer of being a liar and a thief- "You bought to eat and not pay"? For a [i]laptop battery?!?")
