Production numbers of the XE2 are even fewer than the DC2. It also had prototype E2 grips and complete with the DC2/XE2 feedneck. That is not a standard 05 Ego feedneck, that actually slips on over the threads. If I had the cash I honestly would message him and try to buy it.

I've heard around 100 XE2s, best way to tell is if they have the W stamp in the breach and under the serial since they were milled on 04 WGP bodies. Though there are 10 meched ones floating around that were factory drilled but turned into mechs when they found the bodies years later and were the last 10 Belsales cockers to leave the factory, I got one and Matt has a few. They were making these XE2s around the time Eclipse was making the DC2s and cockers weren't selling that well
And as for the grips they could have been prototypes or tests for E2 grips. I have a prototype set of red/pink 05 grips that never saw production as were only used to test material used for production.
