That's actually on purpose. Shows this marker is legit old school

Basically there's so much volume and surface area with the hose like that that it is acting like an expansion chamber. Fairly effective way to keep liquid CO2 out of the marker

Most likely this was run as a vertical bottle setup

Confirmed. That was absurdly common- in my local groups, hardly anyone that shot a 'Mag didn't have a coil like that.

I remember those coil days well! That's actually a really cool mag - a little TLC and its good to go! I dig the OG 16"+ Smart parts barrel to! thereally cool tank - i thought anyway- was the 16oz vertical. might keep an eye on that one, though I need another mag like i need a bad cold.
