There are meetings and outlaw games hosted for "Nerf Internet Community" or "NIC" levels of blasting. Generally they are around 300 fps with a half dart. Not to mention lots of countries have outlawed or banned airsoft and paintball. Yet this flies under the radar.

I follow nerf pretty closely so im aware of this one. Pretty much all the HPA ones out there are spool valves.

Not a fan. Nerf is supposed to be a painless game that wont get you in trouble with the cops. This is the exact opposite

HPA nerf is kind of a niche for exact that reason. A lot of groups play in parks or public areas and won't allow HPA.
Tbh, flywheelers is where it's at. You can get a dart to 200fps with a single pair of drone motors.
