Autococker SR, What is with the Price?

Can someone explain to me the justification of the price on this Autococker SR? I saw recently someone saying how badly they wanted an SR on Facebook. Is this a new fad item people are paying stupid prices for, or am I missing something on this one? I remember buying a new SR for $75 back in the day and the screen dying before I got it dialed in.
