A message to eBay Canada......"why do you suck so bad for paintball stuff!??"

back in early 2000s eBay was awesome, everything was an auction, US sellers for most part all shipped to Canada ,and there were tons more Cdn auctions for paintball stuff.

I return in 2017 and eBay in general just sucks if you are in Canada and has not improved.

my only good grab off of Cdn eBay listing has been my shoebox shocker 4x4 which I scored for $100 cdn all in shipped, but that was two full years ago.

Anyhow, rant over. And another reason to stick around MCB for the good deals I still miss from better eBay days.

I wouldn't know what the old eBay is like since I'm too young.

I do prefer to 'buy it now' just because I like things as straight forward as possible.
But yes, I do find the number of people who want to ship to Canada to be frustrating, as well as the poor selection of items, and outrageous default shipping prices (nearly $70 shipping for a $25 JT mask foam kit from Germany).

I mostly use eBay to buy smaller items direct from the factory (or reseller in Asia), for way cheaper than the branded ones here cost. I usually try to avoid the stuff that comes directly from China, but if I really want it I'll bite the bullet.

Yes, old eBay Canada was much better. Deals are few and far between, shipping is usually way too much as well. Although I’ve found some good stuff lately and like the “make on offer” option.

I picked up a fully ID’d Ressi for $325 cdn shipped. Waited until the last couple minutes of the auction ending and made an offer that basically made shipping free. He took it the offer.

I also picked up a SHP reg recently for a good price and the seller threw in a bunch of nice extras as well.

I only look at Canadian listings though as US shipping is expensive on eBay and the exchange rate sucks.

Not ID ram or LPR, but ID 3-way, version 2 even, which is the most important. The guy said it was mint but has idiot marks on all the pneumatics. He didn’t know how to set the 3-way properly either. Don’t mind at the price I paid. Funny enough it looks almost exactly like a stock Ressi. Not many will notice the ID logo on the bolt pin. The guy even included all the stock internals as well.

Watched one of Simon’s tech videos on setting up the 3-way and was set. Very nice shooter.
