I've always wondered about a hopper that was longer and much lower, so it's more a part of the gun body than something hovering above it. On such a design a top mounted flat sight rail would be quite functional.

This thing, well it would make a pretty good GoPro mount. That's all I can think of that could be useable up there.

You’d think a side rail would be better than a front rail. If it had a mount on both sides of the hopper you could mount all fashion of useless things. Angled as it is on the front like that it really limits the useless things that can be put there, except a Go Pro style camera as mentioned above. Better have a clamping feedneck!

HA! There's nothing rare about the Base LS. I've got one. Brand new about a month ago. They are under 10 bucks and load quite well, tbh. It doesn't work well with any of the modern spoolie mechs, but anything that had a low amount of shake generated by cocking or blowback, it works great! No need to go through the hassle of the shake and bake method and lose your aim/window of opportunity.Fred aka ChoSanJuan

Yeah, but it's a standard picatinny rail. Just slap a rail adapter on there for a GoPro and have a good time! It doesn't need to be some proprietary cam mount system or some junk.Originally posted by Ecapnation View PostThe idea failed.....

It was Virtue who made this the plan was to release a camera to mount on the rail so rental guys could record their fun.

prototypes didn't work out and virtue crashed the line with no survivors.Fred aka ChoSanJuan
