Another blue one with full Kaner went for $1100 a few days ago. Curious to see where these are ending up at.

Just wait. There's 5 days left.

I honestly don't know why the hell ANY e-cocker pulls so much. I love my cockers, but there's no way I'm paying more than $350 for a Karni or Nexus. They're old, electronic parts are gonna go kaput, not worth it for an electronic marker. Mech cockers (Sandridge, Westwood, SFL, AKA, private label stuff, etc.) I can see why. But not for e-cockers. And again, I'm a cocker guy.

...OK, I get why they go for that amount, but the reasons are BS in my opinion.

I mean, the reason people like and how much they value things is just as valid as what you like and value. Not sure why you feel the need to call BS on that. Bottom line is things are worth what people will pay. This is coming from someone who just mech’d his Karni and no longer owns an e-cocker.

heyzeus, you seem to be taking glaman's opinion as a personal insult. I really don't think it was.

Re-reading my comments they seem like simple statements of facts. Not sure how they’re being misread. I definitely don’t take it as a personal insult, but I definitely am pointing out the hypocrisy of the “it’s BS why you like something but not BS that I like something else for the same reasons” opinion. If a challenge of your opinion is seen as “you mad bro?”, I don’t know what to say.

          Anyway, nice Karni OP, lol.

Eh, I see what you're saying. Again, not trying to ruffle feathers.
But electronics shouldn't put a huge premium on something IMO. Especially when they're aging. I guess a comparison would be to the Intimidators. Both Karnis & Timmys are about the same age, priced similarly back then (new), have a good following, and face the issue of aging (and out of production) electrical components. But you can buy a Timmy for less than half the price. Karnis also never used to cost that much (used) until cocker prices skyrocketed what, 6 years ago or so? Sure, I'd place more value in a CCM, SFL or whatever over a Karni & it's not really for my wanting of one over the other. Not that I'd buy a CCM or whatever- I'd rather build my own & have it shoot just as well at a fraction of the cost. Just that it has a better value IMO. Beyond the cool factor, I guess Karni prices just don't make sense to me.
I guess I don't understand why e-cockers SPECIFICALLY command such a premium compared to others in the same boat. I like my electros. I have more electros than anything else. But e-cockers just seem waaay more at the extreme end of the spectrum compared to cool old electros like Timmys and Vikings. And I don't know why other than cool factor. And that cool factor just seems to cost way more than it rightfully should.
Oh well. I'll stop posting now. Have a good day.
