3rd time I have seen this and I didn’t look for it on eBay. Relentless PB is on social media and easy to find. Probably using it for free advertising, took it on trade and hasn’t received the product yet, or went on vacation and doesn’t want it to sell while away.

It also a thin frame not a “prototype frame”.
