Must of had some defect from the factory. My 3 Raptors always worked. Not great. But were good enough. .

Posting to hit minimum post count to send PMs but I'll chime in and note that I just found my bag of like 6-7 old Raptors of various models (my OG green one, a couple of silvers, at least one each of the extreme, black, and blue ones). If I recall I think I bought them to ensure I had enough spares to have one or two working ones.
