The valve has 246 lasered on it. It also says rated 3000psi. Can you not use this with a 4500 tank? .

You realize that 3000 and 45000 psi are TANK pressures and not output pressure, right..?

automags are designed to be able to handle tank pressures as a safety measure. The idea being that if the tank reg fails and that pressure reaches the marker it wont blow up in your face.
