    Not a bad buy...

I scored these on an auction site for $19.50.

Click image for larger version Name:	i11864.jpg Views:	106 Size:	35.9 KB ID:	124990
Avalon GT 2000 (never seen or heard of one before)
green Brass Eagle Stingray ('cause ... why not?)
Line SI Bushmaster (the whole point in bidding)

    So... $6.50 each...

Someone else outbid me for three Tiger Sharks, a Stingray, and an old Revlution loader (he paid $20...)

Unfortunately, I won't have access to my new-old markers until I visit my parents in Michigan next month (the auction house is in Bay City - and shipping on these will be more than I paid for them).

Those are some awesome finds -- especially the Bushmaster (in my opinion). Very nice markers at a rediculous price

Yeah a LineSI Bushmaster for $20 is a hella deal. I somehow actually like the green Stringray (...cause it's green). Well done 🤑

Edit: If you ask real nice (and want to spend more than $20) DocsMachine might have one of his nifty LineSI Freak barrels about...

i would love to give Doc my money, but this one looks to be a fixed-barrel Bushmaster. Still a darn nice find for $20.

Those GT 2000 are not bad shooters for CO2 use. They are pretty standard run of the mill STBB as I recall, use tank rings all through. I cannot recall what the cup seal was.

Cool! Thanks for the info. Any idea on the barrel threading? Vintage Rex does not have anything on them.
I guess I'll have to get my 20 oz re-certified.

I don't recall TBH. For some reason ACI comes to mind, but that just might have been a brand of barrel I used for it. I seem to recall them NOT being Spyder thread.

          I found this thread:
          https://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=2413004
That indicates it IS Spyder threaded?

Having 2 GT 2000's, I would like to confirm that these are Spyder threaded,so your barrel options are pretty much endless.

          Thank-you!

As noted it is a STBB,the slab style body is what I was looking for a pump project that is a work in progress. Check the bolt for corrosion and flaking chrome,
bolt is similiar to an Autococker in design, but larger diameter.
Fills the niche for STBB's without the milling and colors.
            Sturdy and simple.

I sold a Stingray once... Never again! I miss that clunky plastic beast.
BUT... If you have a Stingray in another color, I may trade marker bodies with you.

Nice score! I still dream of owning every color Stingray they made. From what I gathered though, the colored ones have a more brittle plastic and are better suited to collect then actually use. I too would like a stab at it if you ever sell!

If you have a Stingray of another color, I could be persuaded to trade.
Keep in mind I won't have the thing in my hands for several weeks.

Rolling Thunder 67 , just an odd question, but will the GT2000 accept a Spyder trigger frame? I'm asking for a friend...

                Hello ironnerd:
any of the concave( round base) Spyder frames will fit,you may need to stack a couple washers in the rear hole as the GT has a deeper profile and if you use either the screws from the GT or Spyder without washers the screw will bottom out before the frame is tight to the body.
The GT frame will not mount to Spyder as it uses a slightly different style sear on the front, which requires a longer milled slot, which Spyder usually don't have.
                Have fun tinkering.

                  Excellent. Thank-you.
I have a spare electronic grip frame. I think I'll try it out on the GT. It is a bone-simple device - the trigger hits a µ switch that actives a solenoid to trip the sear. Since it can only do normal semi (no ramping, full-auto, or busts) so it should be mostly compatible... and it looks th have the same hole pattern as the bottom line.

We'll see in a coupe of weeks, I guess.

Any chance you got a Pic. of the frame and the Board, pending what you have you might be able to go full auto, 10 BPS "if" it has a 2 pin set up with auto silk screened on it, it would require a jumper from a computer. you might be able to build a sleeper and keep up with the big boys.

Drop a pic if you like, glad to have helped.

The frame has no name on it. It's just a black plastic frame with a pretty simple board. Wish I knew what kind it was so I could maybe program it. Right now it has two modes; Semi-auto and off.

And ye olde Spyder (pretty bad pic... sorry)
