Ahhh. The firestorm. I picked up one of these kits at Mardigra open when they were new. Was basically the pre-release being sold then. I never built mine as I did not realize at the time it would only fit a 2k+ and the spanky Fishbone body I had at home was a 99. Kit was $250 and I had $100 in the body that I had picked up at Chicago open. Sold both making a few $, but always wondered if I could of built a decent shooter out of it. Basically converted a cocker to function more like an Impulse or other poppit valve electro from what I remember… maybe the bolt still moves independently from hammer? Can’t remember.Comment
