The area the seller lives in just had a massive flood. There’s an evacuation order there and a lot of our major highways have been washed out. I’ve message the guy, given the circumstances I doubt it’s a priority for the person right now.Comment

That area is still getting hit with flooding as more heavy rains have come through. I’ve just sent payments so this will be heading my way soon. Paid with PayPal too.
