The item does have the tank,
but does not come with the hopper.

....and the BIN is about top $ from the looks.

You don't see these come up very often. I paid $95 for an old rental w/the 2 piece hammer years ago. Sold it for a little less than that during one of my purges. I think it's a decent price.
