I wonder if it was a rental originally. -
My experience with Blue Uni-Body Phantoms were all part of rental fleets. Even in the early days of Phantoms you could get pretty much any color (solid) if you asked Mike, I had a custom "Walnut" brown/bronze one Mike made in the early 90s.
