The weak link is the pump arm to pump connection. They have a tendency to break.

I've seen multiple hammer sears break on these. If you look at it the tail is longer than standard. If I was looking for solutions I would try replacing the hammer sear with a WGP ranger sear and cutting to fit or replacing the short hammer body with a longer non NW model (and maybe drilling to accomidate bolt anti kink adjuster). Also consider testing without the spacer on the back of the powertube.
