I'd love to have one but not for that much. That one looks like it just has storage wear and I would want to get it setup and working so I could play with it. I take care of my equipment but I use it for what it was meant for so it would get some definite wear.

It means it's example 407. Also places it as "not a garage built sniper 1"

Me too, not many had the stickers on them, but as time goes on I'm surprised at how many of these guns still do have the stickers. More that I imagined.
