If the cylinder is already printed, why not print the front as well and just convert a 357 or vigilante

The market is so all over the place I put everything up at what I think is a bit high but not terrible, and best offer it all.

I'd have to say no more than $150 (barely), and that is if it shipped for free. The barrel is going to move around without the front piece. Plus, you don't know what material the 3D printed cylinder is, (ABS, PLA, Nylon)?. It has been found that the softer 3D Printed plastics have a tendency to wear off the index teeth easily. It's the 3D Printed Cylinder that drags the price down.
