              Just thought of something cool, designing a montneel freak back for the 5"inserts, but the front would take the same montneel barrel slip fit thread, so you could upgrade your barrel, and keep the matching anno!! The ratio of montneel barrel front, and classic freak back would still good as well!

                  It would be great , the one I have tried the bolt unfortunately gets stuck in the insert upon firing

                    Is that one of mine? All the Montneels I have, have bolts with a tapered nose, and don't 'stick'. I assume that's not standard? Maybe an aftermarket bolt?

                          They sell so randomly and they are very niche but they’re relatively rare and sought after by a small group of us. Hard to price these days. I personally wouldn’t pay $100 for this one but I already have a blue splash in good shape .

                              Its weird that it was originally a very early Icon-Z with the welded feed. You could send in all the non-Mega guns to Montneel for any of the options, and even having the splash. Pretty cool
