              It's a Gotcha frame, with a lone star grip.
              Pretty common back in the day as the grip would bolt on to any M-16 lug used by hundreds of paintball markers.

              Actually, the original frame with the logo is worth more.
              Makes me wonder $$ wise, I have a matched pair of both the Gotcha Ace and Deuce. The Ace is actually the more rare of the two.

                  Seems like its a bit expensive. I thought these were going for $600-700 or so.
