      The angle at the bottom of that grip leads me to believe that this is an NPS or Pro-Line grip block. A matching angled duckbill would have been paired with these in order to keep the co2 tank horizontal (straight, not angled). I have about half a dozen of these and the original packaging as well.

        Prolines at least the ones I have are flat.

        My phantoms have the odd angle
