Glad you found something that helped you through it! It’s hugely important to have such things. -
this one best days i had for take photo's of soccer. i hope softball game does not bring me down again. since local college forgets fundamentals. at start of season our main pitch was in first place with wins and second place with most k's in game that was after month of playing. but rest of team is letting her down by making to many mistakes

I have ridden the wave most my life. Looking back I can atrribute it to a handful of childhood expierences.
In my expierence, doing some tasks that are not physical, yet enjoyable only help short term. The only thing that has helped me stay steady on the peak of the happiness waves, is regular exercise. I wake up early every day now and I work out at least 30 minutes before anything else. My mood levels have skyrocketed, and are sustainable as a result. I cant recommend it enough.Last edited by BrickHaus; 04-22-2021, 08:55 AM.Comment

Daily exercise and meditation help me the most but can be extremely hard to do in tough times. I also believe a good diet helps. I also think it's good to do something every day that helps you escape from the realities of life a bit like play a video game or getting immersed in a good movie. Stay strong and remember the good times are right around the corner, the lows won't last forever.Gas, Grass or Brass, no one rides for free...Comment

Happy to hear it, Chris!
Losing weight (120lbs) changed everything for me. I did 20lb/mo for the first 3 months telling myself I'd lose it or die trying. Losing that 60lbs made me a lot happier, and I went down to a healthier 10 lb/mo for 6 more months.Comment

i remember someone giving me a hard time because i answered yes to the question; "if you could take a pill that made you drunk, without having to drink, would you?" (or something along that line)
now, i forget the situation and the context (maybe i was under the influence at the time) but it was something about "drinking for the wrong reason..."
idk, that always kind of stuck with me. nothing changed though...Comment
