Look, the issue is that there is no honor or accountability in the paintball scene. People come and go, people take advantage of others lack of knowledge, people straight up rip people off, people lie. I trade extensively on EBay, Discogs, and other professional forums. The issue with this forum is feedback and ratings. The transient nature of paintball also creates large gaps that are difficult to account for. $60 masks worth $300, and $1,300 markers worth $300. Make a feedback rating placed directly on users post count, fry anyone who messes around and doesn’t make it right.

There is a legitimate reason the price is deleted. It’s to protect the sellers. I know everyone wants a Kelly blue book for paintball crap, but come on guys, let’s not compare the automotive industry and vehicle collectors market to our thing.

I'm curious how does deleting the price protect the seller? Not trolling really do not understand where I gain protection from deleting the price in the OP?

Just so everyone knows, we’re not going to enforce a rule like this. Continue to encourage it but no need to ask for a rule on it. I like when people leave prices but It’s a silly hill to fight on in my opinion. Buyer beware and all that.

Prices of paintball stuff is crazy. Just like vinyl or cars. It never stays consistent. The more rare the item is the more the prices fluxuate. Some idiots over pay for a broken spyder and now everyone thinks theirs is worth the same or more. Why are Spyder AMG's worth $100-$150 more than Spyder Imagine's? Used items are not new. Their is not a set price. Buy the ones you think are fair priced and let someone else buy the ones that are not. Really simple. .
