Just lost a new hire...

we are going to see for long time. we are going to get people who are look for work but not sure if for them or not. so prove to be great workers. but in long end or long run. really did not like it and want to try something else

Background... I worked in telecommunications for a large company that owns NBC for 5 years... I then moved to the Telecommunications company that also does wireless and was there for almost 9 years. I left in 2019 due to family medical and mental health issues. I was making close to $36/hr there...

I gave notice at both jobs... Since then I have been going through various jobs trying to find something that fits me... I have gone to Amazon (which does offer day 1 benefits), Security companies, healthcare, etc... I cannot find anything to fit me or a place to pay me for my knowledge and experience. All but 2 places I have given notice to. The ones I did not have a no rehire policy period...

Yea those jobs that have a policy that no matter whether you gave notice, were a good employee etc they will never rehire it's like well why bother giving notice? You'll never work there again ever no matter what anyways.

maybe healthcare IT. Interoperability, telemetry, and wireless communication is huge in healthcare right now.
So many things are going wireless and connecting with other pieces of equipment in the simplest of terms.

custom builds are no longer a rarity. if you know capsule and epic, youd be set lol
