    So my wife and I are purchasing our second house (lots of photos)

    Making this post mainly because I'm excited. We are moving out of our first house and into our second. Getting just about double the square footage just in the main house and then the addition with the hot tub adds another 600ish square feet. Grand total is right in the 3000 square foot range on a shy half acre. We did the inspection yesterday and it came back really really clean. It's a manufactured home (not mobile, there is a difference) and our inspector said this house is one of 4 he has seen in his whine career that this this clean. Everything was done right even with the remodel and explanations that have happened.

    The room with the hot tub I get to create my paintball workbench in. Super excited about that.

                                                          I must be getting old, when looking though the photos my first thought was that you have nice buffet/serving station in the dining room
