I love BattleBots. These new seasons are really good. I'm glad they kind of backed off on how much stuff was in the battle box and just let the robots go at it. I always thought that was one of the problems with the original show, too much stuff trying to interfere with the fights
It also helps that technology and battery tech in particular has really come a long way

The fights always show up on youtube, and all the major streaming sites as well.
The youtube ones get shut down eventually, but discovery is not that agressive.

You should also be able to buy season 11 on YouTube eventually. Not sure why it's not on there now. But that's how my wife and I watched Battlebots in the past since we don't have Discovery anymore. I seem to remember it was about $20 for the whole season, which is cheaper than a night out at the movies around here.View my feedback or read about my Virginia woodsball club.

I always get robot wars and battle bots confused. The last few seasons of robot wars were awesome. I like battle bots too but the presentation of robot wars was enjoyable to me vs the more extreme robot wrestling approach of battle bots.Comment

Sure but that short video just shows it doing absolutely nothing. Worse it seems like it pushes his own bot backwards even it really gets going. Seems to me that he would have to have the other robot hold still for half the match in order to concentrate enough heat to get through any kind of armor.
Interesting concept but little more than click bait from what I've seen
