    Did I miss something?

    I had to sign back up to MCB... I know I've been gone for a few months, but wondering what happen!

    Was I deleted?

                  I'm probably the most computer illiterate person on here but... Someone exploited something in the version of forum software that was being used to hijack everything and hold it ransom for a bit coin. Carter told them to go to hell and we started over from scratch.

                                          Nope. Reality is a steady stream of cause and effect with only one possible outcome for any chain of events. Since it happened this way it was always going to happen this way and nothing could have been done to prevent it. QED

                                                          One side effect was the hackers threatened to unload all the email / passwords, and I guess they did since just after I got to a of security alerts

                                                              No passwords were stored. Thats why anyone that forgot theirs had to have a new temp one assigned to them instead of Carter just telling them what their password was.
