That’s a Bot Ban all those media platforms are the same. They are all extremely censored. In the name of safety and protection of one’s feelings so nobody gets offended. They try and create a utopia of thought while putting up boxes around it. Instead they create a echo chamber of stupidity and use it to manipulate free thought. We limit our potential day after day in the name of a safety that we refuse to ever achieve.

People should have the right to make stupid decisions and suffer the consequences for there actions. People should have the right to be offended. That’s the worst part of todays Communication. It’s mostly done threw somewhat of an internet anonymity and its filter. In life you can’t put thousands of people of people in the same room who all agree with each other on a very specific topics. People you know have a very high probability of all agreeing with each other. You can do that with social media and you can do that across the world and in different languages. With online communication you never get that check of the other side keeping your Rhetoric honest. The Ecco Chamber is so bad it’s to the point people really believe they BS they are selling. Hell there are massive groups telling them they are right and just no matter how crazy that rabbit hole gets. Example: There is really people out there that are 100% certain the earth is flat and can prove it with facts to back it up.

People will say some really stupid stuff on the internet they would never say in public in face to face interactions. Because face to face interactions have real world consequence. Online consequences are only cherry picked for manipulation purposes, personal gain, or to shut down conversations one might not like.

It’s the Cancer of free thought and a civil society. Turn it off go outside and live life. Treat people how you want to be treated. I guarantee you will be just that much more of a better person mentality.

This society has evolved into a bunch of people who can’t take a joke,attack ya if your views are not the same as theirs and don’t have the stones to do it to your face.last I knew free speach was our first amendment, and like ones speach or not, we have the freedom to say what we want.when our freedoms have been stripped , they’ll wish for them back. Your first paragraph is almost straight out of George Orwell’s 1984. So true. They just censor anything/one that doesn’t agree with the hive. Heaven forbid you have ANY constructive thoughts to the contrary.

I like Reddit for a couple very specific video game subs & for AEW stuff, but that’s about it. The couple game subreddits are actually pretty chill.
