    Most regrettable sale stories

Just to bout to sell my old htc vive vr headset for a lot less then i could get on ebay so i can have the cash now. Buyer comes around 1. I hate to sell it but i no longer have any computer at all, and im to broke to build a new one to be able to run it.

i f***in love virtual reality, you cannot tell me walking around in fallout aint cool af. And that getting stoned to gills playing the game below wasn't a f***in trip man https://youtu.be/2dks3IadvCs XD

Im very happy to buy some more paintball stuff with my money so it's okay. Anyone else have a better story about something they regret selling.

im a car dude so any of those kind of stories are the ones that will hurt me the most.

I sold Tesla stock at $1000 3 weeks ago and now it's at $1700+. Kinda pissed still. Had to take them off my watch list just so I don't feel that pain every day.

I sold my F1 Illistrator that was so damn accurate with all the after market stuff done. I sold it to buy an automag that never shot as well as the F1. I ran into the owner years later who said that the gun was broken. He fell while playing and snapped the whole air system off the back.

I also regret selling my Specialized mountain bike. $2000 worth of bike sold for $300 to cover moving expenses. Never bought another bike.

^ Ouch! Conveyance of any type loses loads of money.

As far as big money items go I would have to say our Camaro. It actually saved us a butt load of money to do so but HATED to send that car down the road. So fun.
What pissed me off the most was when, five years later, my insurance company MADE me sign an exclusionary document when our son got his own insurance. Prior to selling the car (over the added $2400~ every six month coverage) they told us they didn't DO exclusionary documents.

Damn. I use to drive a Mazdaspeed3 (zoom zoom). Would of been about 2300-2400 every 6 months if i wanted to insure it myself. Get this though! i called one day a few insurance companies to get some actual quotes on vehicles i wanted to own. A 1998 ls1 catfish camaro was $80 LESS every 6 months than a 1998 corolla (this was progressive btw). I asked around on reddit insurance and apparently they set prices by statistics of crashes and Tickets by age group and gender. and that stuff like these prices happens simply cause more people in my bracket crash/pulled over in a 98 corolla then a 98 camaro. I guess zoomers dont like the catfish. XD. They also said the fact that the camaro had abs breaks and anti theft and other safety equipment that lowered it aswell.

Sold my AR-50 and 8-32 NXS scope to move to Denver on a drunk whim. Moved back from Denver a few weeks later. Lol.

Sold my .50AE D.Eagle because I drank my rent.

But my number one sales regret is selling my POGS in a garage sale. Lol.

Sold my Devilmag some years ago after I stopped playing paintball with any real frequency. Every time I get back into playing I wish I could grab it...

                          1. When I was a teenager (19) I sold my first automag and all my gear and bought a buncha coke with the money ;-)

I didn't know at the time... but I was trading something I truly loved (paintball) for a rough life and lots of pain lol.

Luckily I came back around in my late 20s...

                          2. Recently sold my 2002 Dodge Dakota RT with only 80K miles on it... that was heart breaking...

                          3. Sold a 74 impala when I was maybe 23 that only had 60K miles on it... that sucked.

                          4. Sold a grand national in pieces when I was maybe 20... had this grand plan to rebuild it... motor was in pieces... life caught up with me and I had to leave town LOL.

                          5. Sold an FN303 maybe 6 months back... ugh.

At least you got $1000. I bought 100 shares years ago at $135 and sold at $500. Figured a 350% return wasn't bad - then a few months later my brother calls me asking if I was selling since it was $1k and he sold half. I was mad then but really mad this past weekend when my brother told me he sold the rest at $1500... I don't follow them either for same reason.
