A couple of weeks ago I stayed at a hotel in downtown Lincoln Nebraska and had the car valet parked
When removing my luggage I covered everything in the rear hatch with a blanket to keep prying Eyes away. When i went to return my luggage in the morning the first thing i noticed was that my Tippmann case with my Air Power Vector was missing. Further investigation showed that the spare magazine For my Walther CCP was missing from the side pocket in the driver's door. There was no sign of breaking in and the morning valet said the car was locked. Since the only way to see the magazine was from the driver's seat i can make a pretty good guess who took my gun. My guess is that he saw the mag and went looking for a real gun. When he found the case he took it without checking and left. As he left behind 2 Cabelas bags with over 600 rounds of 9mm i am sure this wasn't someone doing a B&E.
I am pretty sure when he found what he had it went in the trash. I have contacted the local field and the pawn shops tell me they seldom take PB guns anymore.
The hotel's insurance company has contacted me so while I expect to be paid I don't expect they are even trying to get it back.
It was serial #0036 and had an Air America loudener on it. If someone Sees it I would really like it back.
