                                Just this year, a table saw (sold the old one), jointer, thickness planer, power hand planer, jigsaw, coping foot, a few jawhorses, Fuji HVLP, and who knows what else. And 90% second hand, fortunately.

                                I suppose I'm just preparing for the inevitable collapse of polite society by developing the skills and material to rebuild it all from scratch. Or justifying an addiction with an improbable rationale.

                                    Every now and then I find a really nice tool in my collection. I study it over, admiring the craftsmanship. And I have no idea what it was for anymore.

                                      I don't have very nice tools... and most of them are associated via flashbacks to the precise project I have used them on.
