I'm 35. Paintballing 2/3 of my life now. Been on MCB for 1/3 of my life, so far.
Looking back, paintball is actually one of the most consistent parts of my life. No matter what "phase" I was in, paintball has always been something I enjoyed... as a punk rock kid in high school, as an Infantryman in the army, as a father and drafter or whatever I am now. I have been on MCB almost as long as I was in public school.
Proportionately, paintball has kind of dominated my life. No wonder I'm single. Lol.If you need to talk, I will listen. Leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I get it.

Finishing my 33rd year of playing and still a young 54 for another month
I expect when this poll is done the 30s and 40s will be top but I believe part of that is due to the transition from MCB 2.0 to 3.0. A lot of my contemporaries from MCB 2.0 did not follow over here sadly. If you ask Carter nice he might be willing to pull the age demographic from account creation info and it might differ some from this participation survey.

When I was into paintball in the 80s a big concern from norms was that it was a neo Nazi hobby. Ten years later the audience age had been cut in half people wondered if I was at the field because I was a pedo on the hunt.
In 2020...the scout masters, coaches, priests, teachers, movie producers, etc have taken the concept of sex pervert so big and huge that nobody looks twice at a normal guy as long as he’s not hanging out with kids too much and neo Nazi-ism is ...basically mainstream, no more likely to exist at the paintball field than at the 7-11. Everything is basically f-ed...but hey, finally, at least nobody’s looking at me!Comment
