Talk about a crazy price? Dang... I try and buy some now and then when I'm making risotto. Which is a fancy way of saying rice with cheese. Maybe because Arborio rice sucks as a name? No idea.

Retail here is the equivalent of 2.2k for 24M aged.
1.75K on big chunks(400gr+)
1.1k Costco’s and sometime for a little higher we will get 30M for extra large chunks.

I don’t know what would be 3k a wheel, even 36M is less than that at 2.75k. The 48M will meet that.

i been to place where had many types and place was called eatly at one time had all 4 types one was 60months old. i will buy again when i have new job since place near me sell top quality one. since when i buy it. i make Parmigiano sauce for fresh Fettuccine i make. i love it
