I didn't watch the video but there must be certain criteria with this record. Some Tesla models reach that speed in less than half that time.

Also, look up videos on the White Zombie electric car. The guy who built it set, and broke, the world record a number of times.

Ha! What? There is no Tesla that can reach 100kph in less than .5 seconds. Don’t be ridiculous. Not even close. No Tesla, no WRC, no F1, nothing than can actually go around a corner can even touch .5 seconds because you have to build the car just for that metric which is pointless in any actual race.

The White Zombie car I can only find quarter miles times for, 11.4 sec. That would imply nothing at all like a 1 sec 0-60. The record holder mentioned 0-60 in 40 feet, not a quarter mile, so you’re comparing apples to oranges but also this thing is WAY faster.
