need some help my new e-bike tire came so flat

here my issue the tire does not look like one in photo. since not round. some how during shipping the tire got flatten and not round in the middle. not sure can use the tire or not. do to fact when i got box drop off today it was little flat in middle of box and tire not round like in picture. is okay to re-air the tire with tube on inside the tire or to flat to use. since lost shape. might take to bike shop and see what they say about how skinny the tire is in photo and how flat both photo looks

Throw a tube in it and air it up and see if it returns to better shape? Maybe a little heat too?

That what rad power said good to go just air up. Facebook community site some said air up part way leave it alone over night or 5hrs or so. Then air it up to right pressure. So you give time relax to right shape. Will get one more too. As back up

I'd throw a tube in it and mount it on the wheel. It will fill out.

Also I wasn't a fan of those tires, but I do some pretty serious offroad stuff with my Ebike. They didn't have enough traction in most conditions, especially cornering. Its like a tire that tried to be good at everything, and is just average.

Put a tube in it and it will be fine. It will be round when you mount it and fill the tube with air. Tubeless road bike tires come folded up and can be mounted without a tube

Many fat bike tires come like this too, just not usually the thick 30TPI tires.

by the time you get the tire onto the rim you'll be able to figure out whats up with the bead, unless it's a wire bead thats bent, your probably fine, you can probably seat it tubeless if you had to, but you'll need to give it a lot of air really fast.. use a tube and you'll be fine though

its not like a car tire. there are no metal bands across the tire. IF there is metal in the tire, its just in the bead. in which case, its fine. allot of bike tires are being made with a fabric bead. this means they can be flattened, folded, and bent without any issues.

The tie is fine. Go ahead and use it.

Is this a tire that requires a tube, or is it tubeless?

was able to get old tube to fit and work. took old tube with some air in it to make get wider little left like that for 1 1/2 days but when i got it to about 15 pounds of pressure i let sit for about 2 min and blow up to get tire to right shape it pop out of tire and pushed one side tire out. then i let air out of tube waited 1 day went back to blow tire to 15 pounds of pressure and came back later or 10 mins later not sure how long it was about about 10 mins or way later and blew tire to 25 pound to just to be safe. and took it out for test ride. so far good to go. this week will test tire pressure to make sure about 25 to 28 pressure since use bike as cargo bike and me having about 23 pound backpack with my camera gear and stuff for drinks inside my sam adams 12 bottle hold in rack on back of bike.

you did way too much work. I would have just inflated it and called it good. Tires with a soft bead can be in all sorts of positions and still work. Wire beads, not so much' they don't do well when folded.

I really liked kenda road bike tires, what is the load rating and PSI on yours?

You’ll be fine as long as your tube holds air. Just pump it to whatever pressure you like and use it.

when i went to fill up when got into tire. it blow out since did not let it sit rest in place. what cause it to blow out of tire. done that to many times. where you need to rest the tube for bit.
