I was looking to buy newer profilers, my old set is showing it's age. I remember seeing like most big name sites has them last year for sale (around November), but now that I need a newer pair, I can't find any sites that are selling any profilers. It seems like everyone ran out of stock. Did GI pull the plug on them? Or hold them to like help with the Grills 2.0? Was looking for swamp profilers. Can't even find them in eBay let alone just basic ones. Anyone know what happened to them? Or just happened that I need a new pair and my luck was they ended production? Thanks.

Yeah I'm not seeing them in stock anywhere either, at least not in Swamp.

I thought I remembered hearing rumors about a Profiler 2.0, but now that I'm looking I can't find anything, so who knows. Maybe gone, maybe coming back new and improved. Hopefully the latter, as I personally think the Grillz are horrible. They basically rest on my nose and make it difficult to breathe, not to mention I hate the smaller lens.

If you're looking for something different, as a former Profiler lover, the Dye i4 and Dye i5 have been great. Definitely on the pricey side I admit, but I figure my eyeballs are worth it.

I hope they didn’t stop producing the profilers as they are my mask of choice still. I’ve tried just about all masks and dont see a better replacement. Replaced the one bad thing in them, the foam, with evs foam and now even greater. Hope you find a pair bud.

I think what’s left at any stores would be NOS at this point. Until I got a Vio boner I loved my profilers.

First of all, when you say they are finally dead, whats busted? I feel like you can always craft new foam and or straps together, so it comes down to lens availability which I noticed the lenses ans has are spendy.

I prbably have a usable pair in my dungeon. I'd part with them if you wanted to go that route. I loved the profile of profilers. But hated their foam texture relative to an og flex.

Can confirm. I have an Od and black profilers it's dusty af and has cobwebs on it, bit it in good condition. Will need a new lens and a clean up, but jewels are intact, foam looks newish, and strap seems to have life in it. It was a craigslist buy so it could have been worn once.

I got em for a friend to get him back into the game, but he never hit the field in a year since, soo. Pm me if you decide not to just salvage your old beauty.

Also no shame in rocking your old gear. I still wear my OG olive spectra mask from time to time.

A lot of times the ears rip from pulling them on and off. I have seen people modify them with foam ears off of like an empire mask or JT soft ears but I was playing Xball at the time and that would never fly outside of rec ball.

I liked my Profilers ok. I felt the need to switch when the glue for the foam melted. For 65 bucks it's good for a year or two of hard use which is probably more than a fair price.

I got a pretty nice set of profilers in a big lot of gear locally. Seems like a new old stock lens also. If one of you profiler fans are interested in them. Grills only for me

Photos of the prototype Profiler 2.0 leaked last year. They had the same style as the Grill 2.0; hard on the eyes.
