Nobody makes $105M swords. That’s nuts. This video is hype trash for a shaving advert. The $105M appraisal refers to a 400 year old piece. Key frame+title=lie. Nobody “makes” 400 year old swords. They become 400 years old on their own.
The very idea of a title like that is so low. No traditional Japanese craftsman cares about the money. They only care about the relentless quest for quality. That’s why most of them are broke as hell. Putting dollar signs all over their work is for sure the Youtubbers idea.
