        Okay look, I know this is all frustrating, and I'm sure there are bad actors here and there, but USPS is grossly underfunded and overworked, and let's recognize that most people are trying to do a decent job. There are always delays this time of year, and this year will be worse because of the pandemic, and still most things are getting where they should, just slower than usual.

        I know this is cold comfort to people who have lost stuff. I lost a package a couple of months ago. It sucks. But mostly it's an over-capacity system and not pervasive bad actors.
